Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software quality assurance, specializing in areas like test planning, QA automation, performance, or security testing, with expertise in relevant tools such as Playwright, WebDriver, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or OWASP Zap. Experience as a team lead or mentor, guiding and supporting QA engineers, along with a solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and QA processes, is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide expertise in test planning, automation, performance, and security testing, collaborating with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies and best practices. This role involves leading and mentoring QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation code for quality standards, and planning and executing test strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient processes. Responsibilities also include working with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle, identifying and implementing improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies, conducting training on QA best practices, and defining KPIs with the Director to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
