Requirements

4+ years data reporting and/or visualization experience
3+ years' experience with SAS and/or SQL platforms
1+ years' experience with Power BI
Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining data processes
Proven ability to align with key stakeholders and effectively collaborate across internal departments

Responsibilities

Develops reports and dashboards using SAS, SQL, Power BI, and/or Excel to support the evaluation and improvement of provider performance
Creates executive summaries of actionable insights to inform National Provider team strategy
Maintains key processes to assess provider financial outcomes
Supports numerous ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Partners with analytics team and other aligned Corporate and Market partners to expand and evolve current reporting
Creates and maintains actionable reporting to advance Humana's value-based provider strategies
