Requirements

Preferably 8+ years engineering experience in construction of infrastructure projects
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Project Engineer role
Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship on and off-site, while driving a commitment to quality standards and procedures
Prioritise completion of outstanding defects, record non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions promptly
Ensure compliance with all HSE policies and procedures, assess high-risk activities, and address safety and environmental issues immediately
Support planning, design suitability, and resource management, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to performance targets
Monitor and control documentation flow, conduct team meetings, and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
Supervise and coordinate resource allocation, fostering teamwork and ensuring all project participants meet contract requirements
Manage cost control, budget performance, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring accurate profit/loss forecasting and financial performance
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients to assist project delivery and enhance client satisfaction
Coordinate and control engineering works for the ACEREZ D&C project, including technical, inspection, scheduling, planning, procurement, and quality control activities
Assist the Area Manager/Construction Manager to ensure the project's safe, on-schedule, and budget-compliant completion
