Responsibilities

Monitor project progress from inception through completion
Anticipate, identify, and work with the project team to resolve project issues
Assist in the development of project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals
Work with vendors and subcontractors to receive ROMs
Analyze cost variances and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations to project managers
Proactively communicate concerns or issues to project management and accounting management
Process and review subcontractor work orders and pay applications for compliance with Master Service Agreements
Enter project costs for labor, consumables, and equipment based on Daily Field Reports
Communicate to field superintendents any issues or discrepancies identified and resolve
Monitor and track project costs, including direct and indirect expenses, labor, and materials
Ensure all vendor bills, work orders, and purchase orders are processed timely and accurately
Review for correct payment terms and proper cost coding
Process clients’ pay applications and invoices according to project specifications and client SOPs
Perform project close-out financial and admin tasks
