Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, and have at least 8 years of experience in program management, specifically within the aerospace and defense industry. Demonstrated experience with defense prime contracts and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders is essential, along with a strong technical background in aerospace structures, particularly in aerial defense systems such as unmanned aerial systems or missiles.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will manage all aspects of aerospace and defense programs, from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery of program deliverables and within cost, schedule, and performance requirements. They will lead cross-functional teams by providing strategic technical guidance and programmatic constraints, set framework and analysis parameters, build and utilize program management tools, monitor program performance, and formulate program strategy across a portfolio of customers while developing and maintaining relationships with defense primes, subcontractors, and DoD stakeholders.
