Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s is a plus
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Validated expertise in capacity forecasting, and deploying sophisticated planning tools like Anaplan or Ops Data Platform
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario planning skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective collaborator and communicator, proven track record to drive cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners

Responsibilities

  • Engage in new product ATE New Product Integration (NPI) preparation, including Software and Hardware
  • Coordinate and prepare the capacity for NPI engineering and early sample production
  • Plan and lead across functional teams to transitioning from NPI to mass production - NPI CP/FT/BI Capacity
  • Support NPI Lab activities including engineering debug and hardware purchasing, scheduling and planning
  • Advanced Technology Group Support – Process TV (Test vehicle) Testing Support
