Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s is a plus
12+ years of relevant experience
Validated expertise in capacity forecasting, and deploying sophisticated planning tools like Anaplan or Ops Data Platform
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario planning skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Effective collaborator and communicator, proven track record to drive cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners

Responsibilities

Engage in new product ATE New Product Integration (NPI) preparation, including Software and Hardware
Coordinate and prepare the capacity for NPI engineering and early sample production
Plan and lead across functional teams to transitioning from NPI to mass production - NPI CP/FT/BI Capacity
Support NPI Lab activities including engineering debug and hardware purchasing, scheduling and planning
Advanced Technology Group Support – Process TV (Test vehicle) Testing Support
