Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the APM product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new APM integrations based on market opportunity, merchant demand, and competitive landscape
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of APM integrations, from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Own the end to end flow: Analyse user interaction, identify areas for improvement, and design experiments to optimise the payment experience, feature adoption, and key conversion funnels
  • Act as the primary interface with APM providers, negotiating terms, managing relationships, and ensuring operational excellence
  • Deeply understand regional and market-specific payment behaviors and trends
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure robust, secure, and scalable APM implementations
  • Own key product metrics such as success rate, conversion, time-to-market, and merchant adoption
  • Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure APM integrations meet regulatory and licensing requirements in every market
  • Create internal and external documentation to support sales, marketing, and merchant onboarding
  • Drive merchant-facing value: positioning APMs to increase conversions and enable localized checkout experiences
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for newly launched payment methods
