Requirements

  • Strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements at a fast-growing company
  • Ideally 4-8 years of relevant work experience, having led the product strategy for core insights or reporting product teams
  • Data-driven, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product prioritization and decision making
  • Care about the balance between craft, speed, and outcomes
  • Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across the organization and build trust with both technical and operational teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the entire Insights team, including the main merchant dashboards, custom reporting tools, and embedded analytics across the Tebi application
  • Collaborate with Engineers to leverage Tebi's unified data foundation, creating new and valuable business intelligence features that translate complex data into simple, actionable views for merchants
  • Work directly with merchants, Sales, and Customer Success to deeply understand most critical business questions and translate those needs into intuitive, data-backed product requirements
  • Use quantitative data (e.g., feature adoption, time-to-insight) and qualitative feedback to measure the impact of our reporting tools and continually iterate to maximize merchant value and data-driven decision-making
