- Share knowledge within the design team, mentor and support junior designers for professional growth
- Advise manager on user-centric design principles and best practices to align solutions with user needs and industry standards
- Gather requirements, align design efforts with business objectives, and seek opportunities to improve product experience
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, evolving design skills
- Contribute to product design vision and provide recommendations in product and design discussions
