Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Performance Management
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
  • At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration
  • Preferred: Experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Preferred: Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)

Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
  • Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
  • Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results
  • Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
  • Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
  • Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
  • Serve as primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
