Responsibilities

  • Drive reliability, security, and scalability across the platform
  • Architect and implement multi-tenant scale-out (10–100x) and observability solutions

  • Work with engineers across the stack to remove friction and accelerate delivery
  • Own the reliability, security, and scalability of Sana’s platform while improving developer velocity
  • Ensure platform scales seamlessly, security/compliance is built-in, developer velocity increases, CI/CD/test infra is reliable, and cost/performance is controlled
