Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
  • Deep experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
  • Strong experience with Observability/Telemetry platforms to provide insight into both Infrastructure and Workloads
  • Strong Scripting Experience (Python Preferred)
  • Expertise with tools such as SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, and Backstage
  • Expert understanding of observability, automation, and reliability practices
  • Experience improving developer productivity and delivery pipelines
  • Experience with Microservice Development and Support
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain core platform services and self-service tools
  • Lead technical initiatives to improve automation, observability, and scalability
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code to produce scalable, consistent infrastructure provisioning and management
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability, security, and cost efficiency
  • Partner with development teams to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap and provide input into strategy and priorities
  • Work to develop and maintain Service Catalogs / Portals to promote the discovery and self-service for available tooling and service
