Requirements

Experience in supply planning and inventory management
Ability to implement purchase orders and track shipments based on demand forecast and safety stock
Skills in optimizing inventory levels to secure on-time delivery (OTD) and achieve monthly inventory targets
Capability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve issues for timely product arrival
Knowledge of managing unhealthy stock (E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, rework stock)
Proficiency in reviewing distributor demand and providing forecasts to global supply chain teams
Expertise in analyzing customer demand, making timely adjustments for on-time delivery
Understanding of customer demand to update supply plans and inventory management
Ability to pull in or pull out deliveries based on customer demand and inventory needs
Strong follow-up skills for delivery plans, supplier processes, customs clearance, etc
Experience in preparing daily planning reports, weekly/monthly KPI reports, and other required reports

Responsibilities

Implement purchase orders and track incoming shipments based on demand forecast and safety stock
Optimize inventory levels to secure OTD and achieve monthly inventory targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve issues ensuring on-time product arrival
Reduce unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, and rework stock
Review distributor demand and provide forecasts to the global supply chain team
Analyze customer demand and make timely adjustments for on-time delivery
Understand customer demand to update supply plans and inventory management
Pull in or pull out deliveries from global supply chain based on customer demand and inventory requirements
Closely follow up on delivery plans to ensure global supply chain delivers on time
Follow up on the entire process from supplier delivery to customer delivery, including actions like pushing delivery from Denmark and customs clearance
Prepare daily planning reports, weekly and monthly KPI reports, and other needed reports
