Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Proven success in administering and customizing NetSuite within a complex, high-growth environment is required. A strong understanding of NetSuite modules like GL, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, and Revenue Management is necessary, along with experience in system integrations and middleware. Proficiency in data analysis and transformation using tools like Excel, SQL, and JSON is also required, as is familiarity with SDLC concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. NetSuite certifications, strong financial acumen, and experience with AI or automation in ERP workflows are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Senior NetSuite ERP Engineer will act as a strategic partner to Finance, Operations, and Engineering, designing and implementing scalable, automated solutions. Responsibilities include architecting and developing complex NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, maintaining NetSuite configurations, and managing system integrations with internal and external platforms. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP solutions, leading process improvement initiatives, and evaluating new NetSuite features. The engineer will also oversee access controls, provide advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning, mentor team members, and build custom reports and dashboards to support KPIs.
