Requirements
Candidates should possess a proven track record as a senior/lead ML engineer, demonstrating expert proficiency in Python (including libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Spacy, Sklearn, Pytorch/TF2, and HuggingFace), and extensive experience with large-scale model deployment strategies and tools. Strong knowledge of ML and Deep Learning, particularly in Information Retrieval, Web scraping, and Data Extraction at scale, is required, along with familiarity with technologies such as R-Shiny/Dash/Streamlit, SQL, Docker, Airflow, Redis, Celery, Flask/Django/FastAPI, PySpark, and Scrapy. A Master’s / PhD degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy ML-powered products and pipelines, mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, and play a central role in the entire AI product development lifecycle, encompassing system design, model scaling strategies, research, algorithm implementation, testing, and model validation. You will fine-tune, retrain, and scale existing model deployments, extend ML libraries, and write packages for reproducing components, while partnering with business leaders and domain experts to gather requirements and interpret results. Furthermore, you will manage production pipelines for enterprise-scale projects, perform code reviews and optimization, and lead and mentor the team by example.
