Requirements

Established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment
Ability to stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest (Immunology, Autoantibody Pipeline)
Level of competency and experience in the disease state
Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination

Ability to conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Field-based position requiring travel primarily throughout assigned geography (CO, UT, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI), with infrequent travel outside geography; preferred location Denver, CO area

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, DO, PhD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and develop and manage a geographical territory, including both virtual and in-person engagements (prioritizing in-person when appropriate)
Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of Healthcare Providers and positive impact on patients
Function with high integrity and follow credo values
