Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of various types and seasonality of different meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations
- Ability to process meat according to specifications (e.g., cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping meat products)
- Compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Ability to operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and handheld technology for business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills for customer service and team education
- Flexibility to business needs, with ability to track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Commitment to operational excellence, planning for profitability, eliminating waste, and securing merchandise

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools/tasks/resources, and provide customer service
- Process meat products for members according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement; adapt to new tools
- Drive business results, maintain work area per company policies, ensure quality/standards for high-volume products, eliminate waste, and secure merchandise
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Act as a talent ambassador by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service/products, and training associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards; use Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with stakeholders, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, and adapt to change/feedback
