Responsibilities

- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Drive business results by planning for profitability, eliminating waste, securing high-shrink merchandise, and maintaining work areas
- Act as a talent ambassador by advocating for the department, modeling high-quality service, and training associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards using the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with stakeholders, communicating progress, and adapting to change
