The salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 a year.
This position is at a federal site in Indian Head, MD, approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, and includes interaction with ERG personnel at the site and from Fairfax and Arlington offices.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related), 15+ years of experience in energetics manufacturing, extensive knowledge of NAVSEA OP-5 or equivalent explosives safety standards, strong background in quality assurance/control for energetics, familiarity with SMART manufacturing systems and data acquisition technologies, and must be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
