Candidates need 5+ years of controls experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, technical knowledge in process engineering, and experience with Rockwell Automation or Siemens PLC and HMIs. Additional requirements include project management skills, initiative, mentoring ability, and up to 25% travel.
