Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain management, particularly in external manufacturing or CMO environments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interface between CMOs and BMS supply chain teams
  • Knowledge of artwork processes and implementation in pharmaceutical packaging sites
  • Ability to drive supply chain improvements internally and with CMOs
  • Capability to work remotely up to 50% of the time, with flexibility for collaboration needs
  • Willingness to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin Plaza 254

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ongoing artwork variations tasks under Site Supply Chain responsibility, globally
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Site Coordinator and VPT team to ensure on-time and compliant artwork implementation
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Operations Manager to report issues/risks and escalate through governance process
  • Coordinate/initiate problem-solving discussions with stakeholders and escalate if required
  • Record Final batch / Final batch date in TrackArt implementation plans
  • Anticipate need for implementation rule extension and communicate as appropriate
  • Initiate extension request form if implementation rule under Site Supply Chain responsibility cannot be met; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for approval
  • Report challenges with system/process and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at CMOs and internal BMS stakeholders for continuous performance improvement
  • Participate in Virtual Plant team meetings, CMO face-to-face meetings, and lead supply chain-related meetings with CMO as required
  • Participate in BMS Supply Chain meetings as required to ensure alignment
