Requirements

  • Expertise in leading and managing comprehensive quality and compliance programs, including Production Quality, Program Quality, Quality Systems, and Quality Control
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, best practices, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Control Systems (DCS)
  • Ability to oversee quality operations across multiple laboratory areas (Downstream, Formation & Ageing, Performance & Life, Safety & Environment)
  • Skills in leading cross-functional and cross-technological projects, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement plans
  • Capability to manage customer service, warranty systems, and audit systems (product, process, and systems audits)
  • Leadership experience in recruiting, building, and developing competent quality teams, including competence development through continuous training plans
  • Technical expertise to provide leadership within quality teams and drive high customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and trust

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build a functional and competent Quality team in Ett
  • Implement a continuous training plan for the development of competence of Quality team members
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise within Quality teams
  • Oversee and achieve IATF 16949 certification, ensuring all quality management system requirements are met and continuous improvement initiatives are in place
  • Manage, implement, and maintain ISO certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization
  • Oversee the development, improvement, and management of an integrated Document Control System (DCS)
  • Oversee quality operations for multiple laboratory areas (Downstream, Formation & Ageing, Performance & Life, Safety & Environment); lead cross-functional and cross-technological projects, quality initiatives, and improvement plans
  • Establish, manage, and improve a Customer Service Management system to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize the warranty system to drive customer satisfaction and product improvement
  • Establish and maintain a robust audit system covering product, process, and systems audits
