Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and vision for the Payroll COE, ensuring seamless integration within Me@
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with COEs, Product, global segments, and People Partners
  • Align payroll initiatives with company goals and deliver on OKRs for associates and partners
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Payroll, collaborating with stakeholders to align with company goals
  • Improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws related to payroll, driving efficiency and streamlining operations
  • Influence and manage stakeholders at various levels through effective communication to gain buy-in and support
  • Oversee and manage Payroll programs, including identifying problems, finding innovative solutions, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives and projects
  • Implement best-in-class COE model and 4-in-the-box ways of working to deliver on OKRs
