Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Data Governance requirements for global standard costs and transfer prices in the SAP ICT system, covering periodic data setting, day-to-day changes, and business change projects
  • Support the Data Principal with ad-hoc requests, activities, and projects for broader business objectives
  • Play a key part in the migration project of TPF activities from the UK to Haleon GCC, Bengaluru
  • Apply personal resilience, prioritization, collaboration, and time management to deliver team, TPF, and GFS objectives/KPIs/roadmap
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of outsourced BPO team members (Genpact)
  • Work collaboratively across GFS, TPF, and other Haleon teams, avoiding siloed working
  • Simplify messaging about Haleon’s Trading Partner operating model, Intercompany profit elimination processes, and the ICT system
  • Build a wide network of stakeholders, manage escalations, and gather feedback regularly
  • Continuously identify and drive improvements in end-to-end processes (e.g., workflow tools, automation, continuous accounting) for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Build sustainable processes with robust governance, escalation routes, clear RACIs, and maintained documentation (e.g., SOPs, policies, learning plans)
  • Support training and access provisioning for global teams
  • Support regular 2-way communications with global Finance and non-Finance teams to cascade information and increase understanding of ICO systems and processes
  • Ensure controls and processes (including SOX) comply with Group Internal Control Framework, GxP, and other policies
  • Answer audit queries (internal, external, financial, non-financial) adequately and timely
  • React rapidly on a daily basis to emerging issues to keep the supply chain moving while ensuring compliance
