Requirements

  • Expertise in designated sponsorship properties to provide effective consultation to the NA Marketing Services team
  • Ability to identify, implement, and support client offerings, including set-plays and custom activation strategies
  • Capability to implement and optimize commercialization approaches for sponsorship properties
  • Skills to customize/develop sales support materials for sponsorship programs, RFPs, and best practices
  • Experience coordinating with partner agencies, managing resources, and handling category conflict checks
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining tracking mechanisms for sponsorship asset inventories, sell-in status, sales pipelines, client engagements, and asset utilization
  • Ability to track, report, and analyze sponsorship activity, including preparation of performance reports

Responsibilities

  • Support and enable NA Marketing Services team in selling, negotiating, briefing, and delivering client engagements using assigned Visa sponsorship and promotional assets
  • Become a subject matter expert for each designated sponsorship property
  • Create client offerings leveraging assigned sponsorship properties in North America
  • Implement and optimize commercialization approach for North America sponsorship properties to maximize asset utilization and client engagement
  • Develop best-in-class Marketing Services sales support materials to enable sell-in of sponsorship programs, support client RFPs, and document best practices
  • Coordinate with Visa partner agencies to support client marketing initiatives, ensure alignment, prioritize resources, and guide category conflict checks
  • Build and maintain tracking mechanism for Sponsorship asset inventories allocated to North America and sell-in status by client
  • Track and report on sponsorship activity, including sales pipelines, client engagements, and asset utilization
  • Support preparation of regular performance reports and analysis for the department
  • Partner with Marketing Services, Sponsorship teams, Global teams, Regional partners, and Finance to sell and deliver activations
  • Drive go-to-market approach as part of the North America Practice Development Team to achieve financial and operational excellence goals
