Requirements

  • 10+ years in infrastructure security engineering, with at least 5 years in people management
  • Proven track record building and leading teams that secure large-scale, distributed, or multi-cloud environments
  • Strong technical foundation in infrastructure security (IAM, EDR/XDR, CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, incident response, zero trust principles)
  • Ability to partner effectively across organizational boundaries (security, cloud engineering, infrastructure, compliance)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both engineers and executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure security engineers
  • Partner with NVIDIA’s central security organization to define the roadmap for security controls in DGX Cloud environments
  • Drive risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation strategies across compute, storage, and networking domains
  • Ensure consistent implementation of security policies and standards across cloud providers and NVIDIA data centers
  • Lead all aspects of deployment and lifecycle management of core infrastructure security technologies
  • Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure security posture and compliance across DGX Cloud
  • Represent the DGX Cloud security function in executive and cross-org reviews, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance needs
  • Promote a culture of security-first engineering, with automation and “security by design” integrated into workflows
