Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical supply strategies and plans
- Ensure on-time, in-full, and safe delivery of investigational medicinal products (IMP)
- Manage staff (recruiting, onboarding, developing, retaining, and managing)
- Manage the strategy, implementation, and management of digital tools and systems for the Global Clinical Supply Chain
- Bridge the gap between supply chain processes and information technology
- Interpret clinical study protocols and translate them into IMP demand and supply planning requirements
- Perform demand and supply forecasting and planning
- Support contract/quote reviews and purchase order/invoice reconciliations
- Develop and implement depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies
- Ensure accurate inventory and records at depots through timely reconciliation
- Keep abreast of clinical supply incidents and issues
- Perform tasks in Gilead systems to enable compliant and efficient progression of IMP through the supply chain
- Author SOPs and business process work instructions
- Support regulatory filings and inspections
