Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical supply strategies and plans
  • Ensure on-time, in-full, and safe delivery of investigational medicinal products (IMP)
  • Manage staff (recruiting, onboarding, developing, retaining, and managing)
  • Manage the strategy, implementation, and management of digital tools and systems for the Global Clinical Supply Chain
  • Bridge the gap between supply chain processes and information technology
  • Interpret clinical study protocols and translate them into IMP demand and supply planning requirements
  • Perform demand and supply forecasting and planning
  • Support contract/quote reviews and purchase order/invoice reconciliations
  • Develop and implement depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies
  • Ensure accurate inventory and records at depots through timely reconciliation
  • Keep abreast of clinical supply incidents and issues
  • Perform tasks in Gilead systems to enable compliant and efficient progression of IMP through the supply chain
  • Author SOPs and business process work instructions
  • Support regulatory filings and inspections
