Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of relevant experience in FX or commodity risk management within a corporate treasury, financial institution, or trading environment
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, hedging instruments, and enterprise risk management practices
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills; proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, SAP TRM, Kyriba, Reval, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex exposure datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Knowledge of hedge accounting, hedge documentation, and regulatory/reporting standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and reporting of FX and commodity exposures to support enterprise-wide hedging strategies
  • Track market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments that influence exposure levels and financial outcomes
  • Support the execution and optimization of hedging programs using derivatives (forwards, swaps, options) in alignment with corporate policies and relevant accounting standards (ASC 815 / IFRS 9)
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, Finance, and business units to ensure accurate exposure data, effective forecasting, and robust risk management practices
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and scenario planning to support financial planning and risk-informed decisions
