Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Field Engineering will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of Field Engineers across EMEA. This role involves overseeing global go-to-market execution in partnership with sales leaders, focusing on customer acquisition and accelerating the path to technical wins. Key duties include coaching team members, collaborating with Solutions Engineering to maintain demo environments, working with marketing on top-of-funnel programs, and partnering with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met and to influence the product roadmap. The manager will also own and report on team performance, guide prospects through software evaluations, and develop enablement programs for key customers.
