Requirements

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia profesional, con una trayectoria sólida en funciones relacionadas con financiaciones estructuradas, coberturas FX y gestión de capital en fondos alternativos
  • Licenciatura o Grado en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Finanzas, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o similar
  • Máster en Finanzas, Banca, Economía, Gestión de Riesgos o áreas afines
  • Máster especializado en Mercados Financieros, Derivados o Gestión de Inversiones
  • Alta capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de forma simultánea (multitasking)
  • Agilidad para aprender rápidamente aspectos técnicos complejos
  • Nivel de inglés muy alto (más del 50% del trabajo diario en inglés)
  • Formación complementaria en regulación financiera (Solvencia II, Basilea, etc.) y productos estructurados

Responsibilities

  • Liderar y optimizar las operaciones relacionadas con coberturas de divisa (FX), financiaciones estructuradas y gestión de capital en el ámbito de fondos alternativos
  • Diseñar, estructurar y ejecutar operaciones de cobertura de divisa (FX), desde una perspectiva comercial y legal, asegurando la gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo
  • Analizar, estructurar y coordinar financiaciones complejas, especialmente vinculadas a fondos alternativos, colaborando con equipos internos y externos para soluciones eficientes adaptadas al negocio
  • Optimizar el consumo de capital de la entidad en todas las actividades
