Responsibilities

  • Champion and reinforce the brand’s vision, ensuring consistency from product development through to customer-facing execution
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with design partners to develop balanced, brand-right assortments aligned with retail pricing and growth strategies
  • Analyze sales performance and trends, partnering with merchants to identify product maximization opportunities and white space within Woman's fashion
  • Curate and present initial assortments to merchants; deliver finalized recommendations to apparel leadership
  • Support the Brand Lead in conducting regular analysis of brand, department, and market segment performance, identifying and capitalizing on product and growth opportunities
  • Drive incremental sales growth by supporting strategic brand expansion and brand-building initiatives, including collaborations and partnerships
  • Foster brand cohesion by working closely with marketing, site operations, and creative/editorial teams to deliver compelling, customer-facing branded experiences
  • Manage relationships and communicate project information to all stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met through effective and collaborative project management
