Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager to lead the development of our next-generation B2B Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This role is important to lead the delivery of a new eCommerce platform to shape the future of our digital business offerings. You will oversee a cross-functional team of software development and quality engineering professionals, managing them through the delivery of the product roadmap. You will be supported by a technical lead and a team of accomplished engineers.
To be successful, you will need the managerial skills to organize your team combined with the managerial skills to motivate and grow your team. Equally important are your collaboration skills, as you will work with both technical and non-technical partners across the organization. If you are hoping to stay hands-on with development, this is not the role for you.
