Requirements

The Senior Manager of Accounting should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC accounting standards is essential, along with experience in consolidations and SOX compliance. Familiarity with debt and equity financing transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

This role involves driving technical accounting review for new contracts, researching and interpreting complex accounting issues, providing guidance to internal stakeholders, leading and managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, assisting with financial statement preparation and audits, supporting global consolidations, implementing internal controls, and playing a key role in public company readiness, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. The Senior Manager will also provide support to the Director of Accounting and contribute to special projects as needed.
