Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of three to four years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Strong programming skills in Python are required, along with proficiency in classical machine learning methods and familiarity with newer techniques like Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with tools such as Docker, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and JavaScript, Node.JS is also desired.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for building, shipping, and owning end-to-end product features, including predictive analytics, automated risk assessments, intelligent data extraction, and personalized insights, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product managers. They will design and implement AI solutions utilizing various techniques, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Few-Shot Learning, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Distillation, while writing well-designed, maintainable, and testable code and documenting designs. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving software bugs, staying updated on AI/ML advancements, participating in an Agile development cycle, and working with the customer to deliver innovative solutions.
