Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and PySpark for distributed data processing is essential, along with proficiency in libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and XGBoost.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable, production-grade ML systems in cloud environments, focusing on performance, reliability, and reproducibility. This role involves collaborating with product managers and senior stakeholders to define and prioritize ML initiatives, overseeing the architecture and evolution of data pipelines for multi-terabyte datasets, and guiding the development of high-impact features. The engineer will lead experimentation strategy, including A/B tests and model lifecycle management, drive continual model improvement through advanced techniques, and champion rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development. They will also serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to shape end-to-end ML solutions and set standards for code quality, performance, and documentation, mentoring junior engineers in best practices.
