Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a strong focus on NLP and deep learning models. Experience with building and deploying scalable machine learning systems is essential, as is familiarity with data processing pipelines and APIs. Strong programming skills in Python are required, along with experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle execution of content understanding projects, including collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements and design, implementing NLP algorithms and models for advertising use cases, building data processing pipelines and APIs, and conducting experimentation to improve model performance. You will also contribute to the development of in-house classification capabilities for sensitive content detection, build and maintain a Reddit Knowledge Graph, and support Marketplace Efficiency and Business Intelligence Applications by leveraging contextual signals.
