Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, and have at least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is required, along with experience in deploying and scaling ML systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and optimize scalable ML systems for NLP applications, including fine-tuning large language models and deploying transformer-based architectures. They will implement best practices for ML lifecycle management, build CI/CD pipelines, and deploy models on cloud platforms. Furthermore, they will develop high-performance ML systems using Python and distributed computing frameworks, and contribute to the development of agent workflow intelligence systems, integrating LLMs with CRM and ticketing platforms to enhance agent efficiency and customer satisfaction. Finally, they will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to productionize NLP models and maintain robust, scalable AI-driven solutions.
