Loopio is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale ML-powered features that help customers improve proposal quality, boost win rates, and increase team productivity. This role involves driving enhancements to dashboard usability, delivering tailored recommendations, and optimizing workflows through actionable analytics, showcasing Loopio’s ROI to executive stakeholders. You’ll work across our platform portfolio, applying NLP and GenAI to power intelligent solutions supporting users in content library building, document review, answer searching, and proposal collaboration. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with NLP applications, including fine-tuning LLMs and optimizing inference.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Experience with containerized (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless (AWS Lambda, Kinesis) architectures.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ML systems for NLP applications.
• Architect distributed ML solutions for large-scale data processing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Implement best practices for ML lifecycle management (MLOps).
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines and integrate with feature stores and vector databases.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms.
• Develop high-performance ML systems using Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Build scalable microservices and APIs for real-time model serving.
• Design and deploy ML-powered systems to enhance agent workflows through intelligent task orchestration and real-time response optimization.
• Leverage LLMs to build agent copilots that integrate with CRM and ticketing platforms.
• Instrument workflows to capture agent behavior signals and feedback loops for continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to productionize NLP models.
