Requirements
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of mortgage experience, a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales role, inside sales experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience, high confidence and relationship skills, the ability to handle competing priorities effectively, a high level of integrity and trust, and the ability to be a team player with a selfless attitude. Candidates must also possess, or have the ability to possess upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act, and may be asked to become licensed in multiple states.
Responsibilities
The Senior Loan Officer will originate home loans through GoodLeap’s in-house mortgage banking operation, offering a world-class customer experience, handling inbound pre-screened leads, underwriting and funding loans as a Direct Mortgage Banker, providing a full spectrum of lending options, and participating in continual education and training to maximize career growth. They will also meet established company sales quotas and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
