Requirements

Candidates must have a strong backend engineering background in Kotlin or Java, with a willingness to learn Kotlin. Familiarity with Micronaut or similar frameworks like Spring Boot is required, along with experience working in Identity teams focusing on authentication, authorization, SSO/OAuth. A proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with IAM platforms, identity/security standards, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development environments are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Senior Java with Kotlin Backend Developer will work in an Agile and collaborative environment, taking ownership of the technical aspects of development and building high-quality software systems.
