Requirements

  • 7+ years building, shipping, and maintaining enterprise‑grade iOS apps in Swift
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional iOS projects from whiteboard to App Store
  • Deep understanding of SwiftUI, Swift Testing, concurrency, memory management and instrumentation with Xcode/LLDB
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English in a distributed, async‑first environment
  • Extensive experience with CallKit and traditional or modern telephony technologies is a major plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Design and build performant, reliable, and user-centric iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape the mobile experience end to end
  • Champion quality by writing tests, improving automation, and participating in code reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with iOS development ecosystem trends, including AI-powered developer tools, and share knowledge with the team to boost productivity and product quality
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and define best practices for engineering at Aircall
