Candidates need 8+ years in HSIO development, bringup planning, HSIO SerDes, protocol, functional and electrical validation, SI/PI, and/or power optimization, along with experience in HSIOs like PCIE/CXL/USB/UFS/MGBE, strong EE fundamentals, Pre-Si/Post-Si validation experience, and hands-on lab equipment skills.
