Requirements

Candidates must hold an MS in Electrical Engineering and possess over 5 years of industry experience with a strong understanding of signal integrity fundamentals for both single-ended and differential signals. Expert proficiency in 2.5D and 3D full-wave modeling is required, along with extensive experience modeling interconnects and using 3D electromagnetic tools. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Matlab, Python, or PERL for automating simulations is essential, as well as hands-on expertise in frequency and time domain measurements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Hardware Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced technical solutions for complex projects. They will model high-density I/Os and analyze PCB layouts to identify and resolve signal and power integrity issues. The engineer will utilize industry-standard simulation tools and conduct experiments to validate methodologies. They are responsible for optimizing decoupling capacitor placement, providing practical design recommendations, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure cutting-edge methodologies in design and validation.
