Requirements

  • Computer-related Bachelor degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in large-scale system operation and maintenance, familiar with operation and maintenance specifications
  • Familiar with Linux/Unix operating system
  • Master in at least one of Python/Shell programming languages
  • Good knowledge of network, storage, security, and computer architecture (experience in Linux system tuning preferred)
  • Server cluster management experience
  • Familiar with the basic structure of Internet products (experience in Internet product development or operation and maintenance preferred)
  • Clear thinking logic, able to quickly learn business logic, good problem analysis and summary skills, good at proactively discovering and optimizing problems
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service and teamwork, strong ability to withstand pressure

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operations of Tencent's overseas Elastic IP and load balancing gateway platform
  • Handle user support ticket resolution
  • Perform software deployment
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Manage critical incidents
  • Maintain 24/7 security and reliability for the production environment
