Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Game Designer, Game Marketing Manager, Game Researcher, Game Analyst, or equivalent work experiences
  • Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong research and analytics skills
  • Experienced in parsing through raw data on a spreadsheet to derive actionable insight
  • Experienced in presenting study findings to senior management

Responsibilities

  • Gather and distill global gaming insight including (but not limited to) emerging genre opportunity, innovative game design, player behaviors, market trend, monetization, etc
  • Partner up with development team leads by providing actionable strategy derived from gaming insights
  • Construct and present comprehensive competitor analysis
  • Conduct researches with the emphasis on providing in depth product design and feature analysis that will be used to inform best design decisions
  • Provide industry best practices on GaaS (game as a service) and work with game developers to formulate GaaS systems that best compliment the gameplay
  • Support the ongoing development effort of top GaaS titles across all mobile, console and PC gaming platforms to create next-gen gameplay and innovative monetization design
