Requirements

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalate them
Interest in providing best-in-class service
Ability to communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders and multitask to meet multiple deadlines
Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund Administration
Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
Interest in working on projects in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and as an individual

Responsibilities

Provide leverage to clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while scaling services, including capital calls, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, quarterly and annual financials, and Limited Partner communications
Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs by utilizing tools for real-time IRR, real-time portfolio data, and additional data points like TVPI and RVPI
Improve product and software by working with product and engineering teams to develop the Venture Capital product suite
Turn the service industry into a software business by consulting with clients and implementing Fund Administration software
Partner with top venture capital firms to streamline their financial accounting needs
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations teams
