Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the specific role's responsibilities
5-8 years of experience in configuration of software packages (application development is a nice to have, not required)
Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban & other agile frameworks (does not need to be a requirement)
Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation
Ability to excel in a fast paced agile environment, adapt to shifting urgencies, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationships, and where required – customer and supplier partnerships/relationships
Highly proficient in teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to understand and propose solutions to configure package software or custom software development
Provide highly specialized technical skills according to the specific needs of stories during each iteration
Ensure design and development standards are being followed to minimize rework; promote only quality-tested code and do it on a frequent basis
Act as a key stakeholder or backup for Product Owner in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments
Review required documentation to communicate information to deployment, maintenance, service and business teams
Actively suggest solutions to drive down technical debt
Provide mentorship to junior FAs and BAs through Community of Practice and other informal forums and may supervise FAs in a team that does not have senior developers or a tech lead
Lead functional analysis for the domain/software related to Mergers & Acquisitions & Foldouts
Lead functional analysis for domain/software RFP process
Lead SME around product(s) function and work with Product Owner and Business Partners to refine requirements/functionality
Lead training of software package to key stakeholders as required
