Strong full stack TypeScript experience with real-world experience in React and Node.js
Comfortable in fast-moving, semi-structured environments
Care about details from data modeling and testing to UI polish and user experience
Can empathize with customers, not just code for them
Communicate clearly and collaborate across disciplines
Have a broad sense of ownership: ship, test, debug, and iterate
Based in London, with 2–3 days a week in the office (Old Street) and flexibility around that

Responsibilities

Scale and refine the product to serve large enterprise users
Contribute to customer-facing features using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres
Improve performance and reliability across data-heavy frontend
Join user interviews and work closely with design to make thoughtful, human-focused UX decisions
Take part in shaping the engineering culture, practices, and mentorship
Explore opportunities to expand impact into areas like infrastructure, security, and hiring
Ship changes, pair with the team, and contribute to real customer impact (first 30 days)
Lead initiatives, jump into user interviews, and make suggestions to level up stack and practices (60 days)
Deliver major features, participate in architectural decisions, and help interview future teammates (90 days)
Own big, business-critical projects, mentor others, and become a cultural leader (6–12 months)
