The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will develop and enhance HRIS modules, focusing on complex workflows like payroll, time tracking, absences, and compensation. They will collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to ensure compliance while delivering user-friendly, scalable solutions. Additionally, they will implement innovative solutions using AI/LLMs to automate workflows and enhance the user experience, and build and maintain reusable, scalable frontend and backend components.
