Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Able to work in an energetic and agile environment
Act as an owner, not just a contributor, by taking responsibility for outcomes, pushing through ambiguity, and championing solutions that improve team efficiency and business impact
Eager to move fast, but recognize when to build for the future
Familiar with data platforming technologies (Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, etc.)
Familiar with some elements of the Carta tech stack (Python, Django, Javascript, Typescript, React, Postgres, GRPC, Kafka)

Responsibilities

Building self-serviceable data experiences that enable customers to automate their analytical and reporting workloads
Creating fault-tolerant data pipelines (oftentimes in real-time), collecting data across several of Carta's microservices as well as third-party systems
Drafting robust and sensible role-based controls that enable customers to govern fractional access to their data
Leveraging agentic AI technology to improve all aspects of the customer experience and our internal operational and developmental processes
Mentor emerging talent, fostering their growth and development
