Requirements

Candidates must have proven industry experience building fast, reliable, and real-time web applications, be product-minded with a passion for exceptional user experiences, and possess the ability to think from first principles, evaluate technical trade-offs, and make pragmatic decisions. Strong communication skills and high learning agility are essential. Familiarity with full-stack architectural patterns of large-scale web applications, experience with various persistence layers (SQL/NoSQL, search, graph, cache), knowledge of modern web technologies and IaC, and a keen interest in AI and ML technologies are also required. Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and Vector Databases, and familiarity with managing complex data models at scale are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build and enhance product features, developing in a JavaScript environment with a strong focus on TypeScript, Node.js, and React. They will contribute to the deployment of AI-powered features, take ownership of features end-to-end, and work on various backend components including infrastructure, search, and persistence layers.
